Resolved Question: What should I wear to a Justin Bieber concert?

I'm going to a Justin Bieber concert in Providence, RI in August, and I'm really excited, but I have no clue what to wear. Please don't say that it isn't important, because I have second row, VIP tickets, so he will definitely see me, and I might get to meet him (I'm not sure, but there is a chance)! I need a cute outfit to wear so I'll look okay. This means a lot to me. I usually shop at Abercrombie, Hollister, and Pacsun, but I'm open to any suggestions. And I'm 14, so it has to be age appropriate. I'm tall, if that helps at all. Polyvore, links, or descriptions are all helpful! I also need to know what to do with my hair. I have naturally curly hair, but I don't know if I should straighten it or leave it curly. And if anyone has any advise on being picked as the one less lonely girl (when he brings a girl up on stage and sings to her and gives her flowers) or if you were the lonely girl at a previous concert, please help! That would be the greatest thing to ever happen to me! How does he pick them? And is there any way to draw attention to get picked or something? I really need help! Thanks to anyone who helps me!
