Resolved Question: Best time to drive from Philadelphia to Providence?

I'll be taking frequent trips on the weekends to visit family in Providence, RI from the (south) Philadelphia area. I'm trying to figure out the best time of day to drive up, as to avoid traffic. I can leave anytime on Friday, and come home Sunday night or Monday. I'm assuming that the worst traffic will be around NYC? Looks like it's pretty much a straight shot up 95.
